A Plus P Studio was founded with a single conviction: industrial architecture in India deserves the same rigour and accountability that commercial and residential projects receive. Too often, factory and warehouse projects are handed off between architects, structural consultants, and contractors with no single party owning the outcome.
We built our practice to close that gap. By combining architectural design, structural vetting, civil execution, and construction management under one roof, we give industrial developers and business owners a single point of contact — and a single point of accountability — from the first drawing to the final handover.
Today we have delivered over 30 lakh square feet of built-up area across the NCR belt, working with some of the region's most active industrial developers and direct business owners.

Structural Vetting In-House
We provide independent structural vetting as a standalone service — reviewing designs, checking calculations, and issuing vetting certificates before construction begins. This is a capability most architectural firms outsource; we keep it in-house.
On-Site Accountability
Our site management teams are embedded on projects throughout construction. We don't just design and disappear — we stay on the ground to ensure quality, schedule, and cost targets are met.
